This 3,000 sq ft lakefront property underwent an extensive redesign through a full gut renovation designed to evoke the relaxed sophistication of a coastal California resort.

The reimagined 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home included the addition of a fifth bedroom, a reconfiguration of the interior layout, and the construction of an expansive outdoor living terrace anchored by a newly built pool and gardens.

An oversized kitchen island, custom cabinetry, layered textures, and soft upholstery add warmth and depth throughout. The result is an inviting, hospitality-driven retreat designed for connection, entertaining, and effortless indoor-outdoor living.
