My work focuses on designing warm, elevated homes that feel memorable, luxurious, and deeply livable — spaces people genuinely want to spend time in. The best short-term rentals feel less like staged vacation properties and more like thoughtfully lived-in homes designed for connection, comfort, and atmosphere.

Every design decision is made with both the client’s budget and real-world use in mind — from how groups gather around a kitchen island to how a home functions for families, couples, or groups of friends traveling together. The strongest short-term rentals are homes the owners themselves genuinely enjoy using, resulting in spaces that feel authentic, welcoming, and genuinely comfortable to live in.

Across the properties I’ve designed, guests consistently describe the homes as better than expected, hard to leave, and worth returning to year after year — contributing to stronger occupancy, higher nightly rates, repeat bookings, and consistent 5-star experiences.
